Architectural Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead the establishment of our Mumbai office, driving business growth and strategic partnerships in the Indian market. As Office Head/Studio Director, you will oversee the launch and development of our studio, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the Indian market, aligning with global strategy and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, driving project delivery and ensuring seamless communication between studios and clients.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities and securing key accounts.

For this role, we seek an accomplished architect with 15-22 years of experience, preferably with prior leadership roles and international exposure. A strong portfolio showcasing commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects is essential. Data Centre project experience is highly valued.
