About the Role

We are looking for a Network Engineer III who can deliver end-to-end network support to our clients worldwide. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex issues with GTD-5 switches, requiring at least 5 years of experience.
  • Provide Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution.
  • Collaborate with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems.
  • Guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement.
  • Document internal processes and mentor other engineers.
  • Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of hands-on GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with call processing and translations.
  • Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance.
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
