Job Purpose

You will be a core member of our India Expert team, partnering with colleagues on executive search and leadership advisory engagements across specific sectors or functions.

Experts drive high-quality outcomes throughout client engagements, including project management, research, solution shaping, and deliverables production.

You will also contribute to our knowledge management efforts, helping to build resources that support efficient delivery.

Working closely with consultants, you will support business development by tracking sector trends, company developments, and key talent movements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute multiple client engagements across executive search and leadership advisory solutions, including research, analysis, client interactions, and project management.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize potential candidates through internal networks, external resources, and targeted market outreach.
  • Act as a thought partner to consultants, shaping strategies and approaches for each assignment.
  • Build knowledge in specific segments through proactive market research and partner with other practice groups to further build expertise.
  • Lead by example and support the growth of junior and senior colleagues by sharing knowledge and mentoring.

Ideal Candidate

  • Prior experience in management consulting, executive search, or research roles, with sector-specific exposure a strong advantage.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to lead and execute assignments independently.
  • High levels of determination and drive, paired with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving mindset, with strong analytical and qualitative reasoning skills.
  • Driven by a passion for learning and creating impact, with a proactive approach to challenges.
