Lead Software Developer

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our agile delivery team, you will play a vital role in architecting, designing, and developing application code for our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality, maintainable code using best practices and industry standards.
  • Leverage test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) to ensure reliability and ease of support in production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve software development processes.
  • Develop and guide the Dev team on solution architecture, issue resolution, and technology choices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive technical growth.

Requirements:
  • Full stack Java developer with experience in event-driven architecture.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and microservices architecture, as well as web technologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, source code management, continuous build, continuous integration technologies, and performance improvement techniques.
