Senior Process Lead in Finance and Accounting

This role requires a seasoned professional to oversee the implementation of innovative solutions across various regions. About the Position
  • Design and implement comprehensive finance and accounting strategies that drive standardization and improvement in product offerings.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop best-in-class processes and facilitate knowledge sharing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating effective end-to-end process frameworks that align with industry cornerstones. A university graduate with relevant studies and professional qualifications in technical accounting is essential. Experience in people and project management is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex finance and accounting projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a focus on finance or accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
