This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our molding equipment.

  • Maintain all mold tools in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to meet production requirements.
  • Perform prompt repairs in case of sudden breakdowns.
  • Monitor and maintain weight standards for pail and lid assemblies.
  • Procure replacement parts and manage spare inventory effectively.
  • Provide regular status reports on mold functionality to inform production planning.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or higher required.
  • Strong understanding of plastic injection mold design principles.
  • Familiarity with mold system enclosure technology.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Knowledge of machine tool operation, lathe work, mill work, and surface grinder operation.
    • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
