Understand target audience, their triggers and barriers, competitive landscape, etc.
New Product Development (NPD)Assist in communication development across touchpoints like product display pages, D2C store, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.
Communication DevelopmentManage all consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaign, etc.
Data AnalysisDrive measurement and learnings for various marketing initiatives.
Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with relevant POCs across the marketing team, cross-functional teams, and external partners/agencies/vendors.
Offline Market UnderstandingVisit markets to track offline business health metrics like distribution, ECO/Unique ECO, primary and secondary revenue, visibility, and planogramming.
Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc. to drive product/therapy success.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in Offline channel handling.
- 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, enthusiastic team player.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about building a consumer brand.
