Job Summary:

Sgt University seeks an experienced Placement Leader to oversee and manage multiple departments in various locations. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections with private sector companies, startups, recruitment firms, and HR consultants.

About the Role:

  • Prepare students for placements and ensure successful placement outcomes

  • Lead engagement activities from pre-placement stage to placement stage, monitoring progress, and reporting results

  • Maintain internship and placement data, prepare detailed reports, and manage flexible time requirements

  • Identify and organize interaction programs on career opportunities, track application forms, pre-screen candidates, shortlist, and schedule interviews

  • Provide counseling on procedures to applicants and maintain accurate records of applicants' information

  • Organize Skill Lab Orientation programs, enroll students in the Career Service Tech platform, conduct training programs, and revise curriculums

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in placement processes
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate placements in NCR Region
  • PAN India Network, work experience in multi-disciplinary universities, Delhi-NCR Network base, placement coordination, communication skills, presentation skills, training skills, soft skills
