Job Description

As a Program Advisor, you will be responsible for consulting potential students on how our programs can help them achieve their career goals. This involves providing personalized guidance and support to ensure that our students make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds. You will also need to be comfortable making 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs
  • Providing in-depth and customized information to interested students via phone and email
  • Guiding learners through the enrolment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in International Edtech markets
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong phone presence
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Growth Mindset and ability to implement feedback
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrolment process that require follow-up
