Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to drive business growth, advance our commercial projects, and foster strategic partnerships.

This role is perfect for a results-driven individual with a strong background in commercial real estate, infrastructure, and construction. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive business strategies, managing client relationships, and driving innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Development: Implement business development strategies aligned with company goals, identify new business opportunities, and develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Market Analysis & Client Relations: Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Proposal & Partnership Development: Develop compelling proposals, bids, and presentations, and establish strategic partnerships with contractors, developers, and investors.
  • Innovation & Process Excellence: Drive innovation initiatives, contribute to new service/product development, and leverage digital tools to enhance business development processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong background in commercial real estate, infrastructure, and construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business tools.
