We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in solving complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop self-awareness and identify areas for personal growth.

- Apply critical thinking skills to bring order to unstructured problems.
- Utilize a range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends.
- Review work and feedback for quality and accuracy.
- Effectively communicate with others using straightforward language.
- Build strong relationships by adapting to different situations and perspectives.
- Maintain the highest level of ethics and conduct.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- A professional qualification such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, CFE, CGRCP, PMP, or CMA is highly desirable.
- Progressive experience at the Senior Associate level or 3-6 years in internal audit, preferably in a Big 4 firm.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Business development and client relationship building skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to research, present alternatives, and conclusions.
- Background in governance, risk, and controls, with expertise in audit and risk management strategies.
- Experience in assessing and testing business and compliance controls.
- Project management skills, including engagement management, team leadership, and deliverable preparation.
- Familiarity with Audit technologies and Data Analytics tools is an asset.
