Accounting Professional

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee daily accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

  • Manage accounting operations for multiple entities across various regions.
  • Perform general ledger functions, including journal entry posting, account reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, vendor management, and customer billing, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with production teams to track costs and performance metrics, preparing consolidated financial statements as needed.
  • Aid strategic decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

Key skills required for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central and QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to the above requirements, proficiency in business intelligence tools and techniques is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of US GAAP and familiarity with APAC accounting standards, such as IFRS and local GAAP.
