About the Job:

This is a great opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for financial management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client invoicing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Invoicing & Reporting:
    • Analyze internal reports to identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare accurate invoice workings and maintain updated receivable sheets.
  • Payment Follow-Ups & Client Support:
    • Proactively follow up on outstanding payments via calls.
    • Monitor debtor aging reports and resolve overdue payments.
    • Assist clients with invoicing queries, data reconciliation, and billing discrepancies.
  • Client Agreements & Record Maintenance:
    • Maintain organized soft and physical records of client agreements for easy access and compliance.
  • Reconciliation & Financial Entries:
    • Manage 26AS reconciliation with books to ensure accurate financial entries.
    • Track and monitor unbilled revenue, ensuring timely invoicing and financial accuracy.
  • Vendor Management & Expense Tracking:
    • Verify vendor invoices against agreements and upload them in Tally & Oracle NetSuite.
    • Ensure timely submission of invoices by vendors through proactive follow-ups.
  • Weekly Payment Tracking & Vendor Relations:
    • Prepare weekly trade payable reports and manage scheduled payments.
    • Ensure payment files are reconciled and processed on time.
    • Send payment confirmations to vendors post-payment.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in billing within the service industry.
    • Proficiency in Tally, Oracle NetSuite, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, and vendor management.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • High attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
