We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to lead and mentor our QA team. As the leading web and mobile platform for playing backgammon, we have a community of 150,000+ players worldwide.

The successful candidate will define quality standards and best practices. They will design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing, establishing and maintaining QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes).

Key qualifications include strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development.

Bonus points will be given for experience in infrastructure testing, mobile automation testing, familiarity with monitoring and observability tools, load and stress testing, knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, experience with test management tools, understanding of security testing practices, database knowledge, and cloud platform experience.
