Monitoring Solutions Developer

We are seeking an experienced Application Monitoring specialist to design, implement and optimize monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate should bring strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record in delivering high-quality monitoring solutions in enterprise environments.

About the Role:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports to support operational monitoring and analysis.
  • Implement observability solutions using ELF, Dynatrace, and other monitoring tools.
  • Automate monitoring processes to ensure scalability, performance, and proactive issue detection.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate monitoring solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis of incidents, leveraging Splunk and Dynatrace to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Provide recommendations for optimization of application and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Splunk (development and administration).
  • Strong expertise in ELF (log analysis) and Dynatrace (application performance monitoring).
  • BASIC knowledge and exposure to Java coding for custom integrations.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on observability and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
