Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and refine complex data sets from internal and external sources
  • Create actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and opportunities for process enhancements through quantitative methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver customized analyses
  • Evaluate the accuracy, integrity, and adherence to data governance standards
  • Document data processes, methodologies, and best practices for knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (minimum requirement)
  • A master's degree in Data Science or a related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib
  • Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational databases
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
