Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Leader to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our organization. This pivotal role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and shaping a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment, addressing grievances, and handling disciplinary actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation packages, while continuously monitoring performance management systems to foster employee growth and organizational success.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with industry experience in hospital and diagnostics are preferred.
