Quality Excellence Leader

As a Quality Excellence Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality landscape of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include establishing and implementing quality policies, objectives, and procedures that drive excellence throughout our operations.

You will be responsible for developing work methodologies, inspection and test plans, and coordinating with site QC managers to ensure seamless quality inspection processes.

">

Additionally, you will lead the quality team, manage periodic site quality audits, non-conformance management, and implement rework/s/c performance-based debit systems.

">

Furthermore, you will establish and implement lessons learned, manage data, and provide statistical reports to top management on the performance of our quality management system.

">

We are looking for a candidate with minimum 18 years of experience in quality functions, who has handled senior roles and is well-versed in ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.
