Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving sales operations, business operations, and revenue assurance preferably for B2B services organizations.
  • This role involves working closely with key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Controllership, Risk) to understand pain-points related to their business model and operational processes.
  • The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for developing strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as an Internal Consulting partner to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will be required to monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements using system enhancements, tactical automation or process changes.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will be working closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you will need experience in business consulting or dealing with unstructured situations and applying first principles thinking for problem solving.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or management is required, although prior experience in internal controls/internal audit is preferable but not mandatory.
  • You will also need exposure to project management, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
  • B2B Sales processes and Sales productivity tools (e.g. Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Contracting tools) are preferred, but not essential.
