Job Overview
Kwan Ventures is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Director to lead our Media & Ad Sales strategy in the North Region, expanding market presence and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligning with organizational goals.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Client Management & Business Development:
- Build strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and decision-makers.
- Create tailored solutions to meet client objectives and maximize advertising spend.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular training to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Market & Industry Insights:
- Keep abreast of media industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Identify opportunities for innovative sales strategies or product offerings.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
