• Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
• Overseeing daily sales operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
• Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
• Planning, evaluating, and optimizing sales targets to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
• Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of sales performance and revenue

Our Ideal candidate would be someone who has the following

Should have a minimum of 8 years in B2C sales

Should have handled a team minimum of 5 years

·

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must aggressively lead a team and focus on end results with a long-term working perspective.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Director based in Agra. The Regional Sales Director will oversee all sales operations within the region, driving business development and customer service initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing sales teams, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing regional sales strategies. The role involves frequent travel within the region to meet with clients and ensure the successful implementation of sales plans.

Qualifications Proven skills in Sales and Business Development Experience in Sales Operations and Team Management Strong Customer Service skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the home elevator or luxury home goods industry is a plus

MBA Graduates are preferred.

• Master's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must aggressively lead a team and focus on end results with a long-term working perspective.
