We seek an experienced Speech Therapist who is passionate about supporting diverse learners and fostering inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities using standardised tests and informal evaluations.
  • Develop and implement Individualised Therapy Plans tailored to each student's specific needs and goals.
  • Provide one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions to improve articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive communication.
  • Collaborate with special education teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists and parents to support integrated student development.
  • Monitor and document students' progress and adapt therapy plans as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid certification or license to practice as a Speech Therapist.
  • 3-7 years working with children and adults with multiple disabilities.
  • Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil required.
  • Familiarity with assistive technology and instructional strategies.
  • Patience, empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational and documentation skills.
