At BNY Mellon, we're seeking a talented Client Onboarding Specialist to join our Client Activation team in Pune, MH. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality support to clients with critical and sensitive standing instructions setups processes daily.
  • Independently assist clients by responding to phone, email, and other inquiries regarding company products, services, and procedures.
  • Respond to client questions on the process and request and aid with issues that have been escalated by junior team members.
  • Research and resolve moderately complex operational or client issues.
  • Route issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Assist in providing status updates on problem resolution and outstanding issues to other teams.
  • Assist with process improvement by contributing ideas to improve team efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced staff.
  • Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the various regulations applicable to the role and the associated control framework to ensure ongoing adherence.
  • Demonstrate good communication skill (Written and Spoken) in English as the role would involve communicating with internal and external clients.
  • Generating and providing information to questions from internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • Working in a team to deliver best possible client service related to analyzing and maintaining client's documents.
  • Ensuring documents are uploaded correctly and match regulatory requirements in order to support the daily business responsibilities whilst minimizing the potential risk and financial loss in the inherent process.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the various regulations applicable to the role and the associated control framework to ensure ongoing adherence.
  • Demonstrate good communication skill (Written and Spoken) in English as the role would involve communicating with internal and external clients.
  • Generating and providing information to questions from internal and external clients.
  • Graduate or BBA/MBA degree required.
  • Minimum years of experience required.
