Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at FULL Creative. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct engaging product demos and training sessions to educate customers on our software features and functionalities.
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials and resources to support customer adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Monitor customer usage and adoption rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing sales or onboarding roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Proficiency in using software products and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Previous experience in customer onboarding, customer support, or a similar role.
- A private workroom with a quiet and comfortable environment.
- Ready for video calls at all times.
- Good internet speed with the ability to be wired (LAN).
