About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at FULL Creative. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging product demos and training sessions to educate customers on our software features and functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials and resources to support customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Monitor customer usage and adoption rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing sales or onboarding roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in using software products and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • Previous experience in customer onboarding, customer support, or a similar role.
Work Environment
  • A private workroom with a quiet and comfortable environment.
  • Ready for video calls at all times.
  • Good internet speed with the ability to be wired (LAN).
