Partner Support Role Overview

This position involves providing exceptional customer service to partners, ensuring prompt resolution of technical and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to partner inquiries via email, live chat, or ticketing systems such as Freshdesk or Intercom.
  • Maintain high-quality support by meeting First Response Time (FRT) and chat acceptance SLAs.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support to achieve CSAT scores of 95%+.
  • Utilize strong written communication skills with typing speeds of 70+ words per minute.
  • Guide partners through the onboarding process and facilitate dashboard integrations.
  • Prioritize understanding unique business use cases of partners and provide tailored support solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Sales teams to resolve escalations and enhance the partner experience.
  • Ensure clear documentation, consistent follow-ups, and structured handovers for ongoing cases.

The ideal candidate possesses 2-4 years of experience in partner or customer support roles, preferably in SaaS/B2B environments. They should be proficient in tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
