We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic professional to guide and support students through the process of studying abroad. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international education systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals overseas.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for gaining cross-functional exposure to various departments involved in international student recruitment. This includes handling student inquiries and providing professional guidance regarding admissions and visa processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gaining cross-functional exposure to various departments involved in international student recruitment
  • Handling student inquiries and providing professional guidance regarding admissions and visa processes
  • Communicating effectively with prospective students to build understanding and trust throughout the application cycle
  • Maintaining documentation and record communications via internal systems
  • Educating students on compliance requirements and assisting with document preparation
  • Maintaining office protocols, confidentiality, and decorum at all times
  • Reporting progress and issues promptly to the Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Counselling, International Relations, or related fields)
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic advising, international education, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with global education systems
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
