Job Title: Technical Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Java Full Stack Trainer. The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of technology and a strong understanding of teaching techniques and fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing in-depth training on technologies such as Java, React JS, MongoDB, MySQL, and a solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
  • Creating Learning Paths in collaboration with the leadership team to develop comprehensive programs and courses.
  • Playing a pivotal role in shaping the careers of aspiring tech professionals by providing them with the skills they need to secure their first job in the industry.
  • Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback, and making necessary improvements.
  • Mentoring students, providing them with career guidance, and helping them navigate the job market.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the tech industry to continuously update and improve the training curriculum.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or other relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Total experience of 1-5 years or above.
  • Familiarity with languages: Java, React, SQL, and web development tools like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Git & GitHub.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and insights on software developer industry trends.
