Dynamic Leadership Role

This position plays a pivotal role in driving the school's vision for holistic education, academic rigor, and overall student well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee curriculum implementation across all grades, ensuring seamless delivery of educational programs.
  • Guide and mentor teachers to enhance instructional practices and pedagogy, fostering a culture of excellence in teaching.
  • Monitor lesson planning, teaching methodologies, and classroom management, guaranteeing high-quality learning outcomes.
  • Ensure the quality of academic programs, assessments, and learning outcomes, aligning with the school's goals.
  • Facilitate board classes and ensure high academic performance in CBSE examinations, showcasing the school's commitment to academic excellence.
School Operations & Administration
  • Support the Principal in managing day-to-day school operations, providing operational leadership.
  • Oversee staff deployment, scheduling, and substitute arrangements, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure adherence to school policies, procedures, and compliance with CBSE guidelines, maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Coordinate with departments to streamline academic and co-curricular activities, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Teacher Development & Evaluation
  • Conduct classroom observations, review Teacher's Diaries, and provide constructive feedback, enhancing teacher growth and development.
  • Organize professional development workshops, training sessions, and mentoring programs, empowering teachers to excel in their roles.
  • Assist in recruitment, induction, and appraisal of teachers, ensuring a high-performing team.
Student Development & Discipline
  • Promote student discipline, attendance, and overall well-being, creating a positive school culture.
  • Collaborate with the Guidance and Learning Support Centre for student support needs, providing comprehensive support services.
  • Encourage participation in sports, co-curricular activities, and inter-school competitions, fostering a spirit of competition and camaraderie.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong communication channels with parents, staff, and students, maintaining transparent relationships.
  • Represent the school in academic events, inspections, and external forums, showcasing the school's reputation and values.
  • Work closely with the Principal to implement school improvement initiatives, driving continuous improvement and progress.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Postgraduate degree with B.Ed., demonstrating expertise in education and leadership.
  • Minimum 10–12 years of teaching experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role, showcasing a track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and educational best practices, staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, enabling effective team management and collaboration.
