Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our travel & events vertical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diversify and expand our corporate client base across travel, MICE, and events.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and industry partnerships.
  • Present tailored solutions to clients, addressing their corporate travel/event needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including negotiations and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of proven B2B Sales experience in Travel, Events, Hospitality, or MICE industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, lead generation platforms (e.g., Lusha, Apollo), and data-driven sales.
