We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of Sales Performance Management solutions for our esteemed clients. As a Varicent expert, you will elevate their career with a high-impact role that empowers growth through innovative compensation solutions.

Olive Green Consulting specializes in Sales Performance Management (SPM), empowering global enterprises to unlock growth by streamlining their sales operations. You'll work across key Varicent modules, handle data imports, create reports, design workflows, and collaborate with both internal teams and international clients.

  • Deliver end-to-end Varicent solution implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Configure modules: Data Import, Calculations, Reporting, Web Forms, Workflow.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including unit, QA, and UAT.
  • Support production deployment and issue resolution, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with global clients, fostering open communication and trust.

To succeed in this role, you will require 2–5 years of experience in Varicent/IBM ICM implementation, alongside strong SQL & ETL/data transformation skills, excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities, and proven ability to manage tasks independently in fast-paced environments.
