**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Application Performance Specialist to join our team and drive excellence in application monitoring and optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with experience in operational application management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. A deep understanding of application performance metrics and trends is essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Setup and Configuration: Establish and fine-tune Dynatrace and Splunk for various applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Alerts Management: Define and refine alerts for application performance issues, integrating them into incident management tooling for efficient issue resolution.
  • Code Optimization: Analyze and optimize application code for error handling and alerting, leveraging expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
  • Synthetic Monitoring: Maintain a strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management, applying this knowledge to enhance overall system reliability.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in application monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Proven expertise in Dynatrace setup and configuration.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Strong grasp of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
