We are seeking a highly skilled APIGEE Platform Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience deploying and managing APIGEE Hybrid runtime on Kubernetes clusters, automating infrastructure with Terraform, and managing Kubernetes applications using Helm charts. Proficiency in scripting with Bash/Shell and Python is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and manage APIGEE Hybrid runtime plane on Kubernetes clusters (GKE, AKS, or on-prem Kubernetes).
  • Perform installation, upgrades, patching, and maintenance of APIGEE Hybrid and APIGEE X environments.
  • Manage APIGEE runtime components including Message Processors, Synchronizers, and Cassandra clusters within Kubernetes.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using Terraform and Helm charts.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash/Shell and Python to streamline deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks.
Requirements:
  • APIGEE Expertise:
  • Strong experience with APIGEE Hybrid platform deployment and runtime management.
  • Familiarity with APIGEE X and API management concepts (OAuth, JWT, API keys, SSL/TLS).
  • Experience with API proxy development, debugging, and policy implementation.
  • Kubernetes & Containerization:
  • Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters (GKE, AKS, or on-prem).
  • Proficient in deploying and managing containerized applications using Helm charts.
