Job Title: Financial Systems Integration Specialist

Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead and execute financial systems integration activities during organizational transitions, including mergers, acquisitions, and company spin-offs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transition Planning & Execution:
  • Design and implement process mapping, configuration, data migration, compliance, and integration with external systems for seamless transition.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope of divestiture and ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.
  • Finance Module Expertise:
  • Configure and support modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and multi-currency setups.
  • Handle intercompany settlements, period-end closures, and reporting requirements.
  • Data Migration & Integration:
  • Lead historical data extraction and handover to acquiring entities.
  • Ensure seamless integration with systems like SAP, Hyperion, and EBS during transitions.
  • Security & Compliance:
  • Implement security using tools like All Out.
  • Generate and review sensitive access and firefighting ID reports.
  • Documentation & Training:
  • Prepare process documents, runbooks, and training materials.
  • Conduct user training and create self-help documentation to reduce support tickets.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 12–15 years of experience in JD Edwards ERP with a focus on Finance and cross-functional modules.
  • Proven experience in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project.
  • Strong understanding of JDE configuration, data structures, and integration points.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, audit readiness).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
