Job Title: RF System Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented engineer to integrate, test, and validate complex radio frequency (RF) systems and subsystems. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance across various frequencies and environments.

The Role:

  • System Integration: Integrate RF systems and subsystems, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, filters, amplifiers, and signal processors.
  • Test Development: Develop test plans and perform RF testing and validation (e.g., S-parameters, power, gain, noise figure, VSWR).
  • Analysis and Optimization: Analyze system performance using RF simulation and analysis tools; identify and troubleshoot issues at system and component levels.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure RF performance meets specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge in RF systems integration, RF hardware development, or related engineering roles.
  • Solid understanding of RF concepts, including impedance matching, modulation, filtering, and signal propagation.
  • Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters).
  • Awareness of RF simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, or MATLAB.
  • Strong knowledge of active & passive RF devices, cables, and connectors.
  • Understanding of EMI/EMC and their effect on RF systems.
