Technical Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Manager with strong experience in Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain to lead large cross-functional teams and drive successful project deliveries.

As a key member of our organization, you will own end-to-end delivery of complex BFSI technology projects, provide technical direction across Web, Cloud, and Data Engineering, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery & Leadership
    • Own end-to-end delivery of complex BFSI technology projects
    • Provide technical direction across Web, Cloud, and Data Engineering
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project goals
  • Team Management
    • Lead and mentor 60–70 members including leads and architects
    • Drive performance, skill development, and succession planning
  • Pre-sales & Solutioning
    • Support RFP/RFI responses and create technical proposals
    • Participate in client presentations and solution pitches
  • Innovation & Capability Building
    • Identify trends and lead PoCs and accelerators
    • Plan skill-building initiatives and align talent with future needs

Required Skills:

  • 15+ years in technology, with 4–5 years in leadership roles
  • BFSI domain expertise (Banking/Fintech)
  • Strong background in Web Tech (Python/.NET/Node.js), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Data Engineering
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Flexible and proactive during critical delivery phases

Preferred:

  • BFSI experience across US/EU/APAC markets
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and BFSI application standards
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
