Software Engineering Leadership Role

This leadership position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality services. The ideal candidate will work with product management to envision future features and plan roadmaps that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable services with a focus on high availability and security.
  • Collaborate with product management to define solution architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Facilitate design discussions and drive reviews to ensure high-quality solutions.

  • Make informed decisions about technical architecture and design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of technical engineering leadership experience with 5-10+ years of hands-on operational experience in large-scale distributed system development.
  • Experience driving engineering best practices for software engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, asynchronous architectures, and distributed algorithms.
  • Ability to build robust, high-scale, generic, and reusable solutions.
  • Effective communication skills with strong relationship, collaborative, and organizational skills.
