Job Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to take on a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and converting prospects into clients.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with internal teams, such as sales, underwriting, and claims, to ensure smooth service delivery and address client needs.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Problem Solving: Effectively resolve client issues and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
