Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to oversee and streamline admin operations, ensuring efficient resource management, compliance, and a productive workplace environment.

About Onsitego

Onsitego is India's leading after-sales service provider, offering extended warranty, damage protection, AMC plans, and on-demand repair services for electronic devices and home appliances. We aim to deliver 'WOW' experiences to customers and have the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) globally in after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Vendor Management: Conduct vendor audits, invite quotations as per requirements, ensure job completion within timeframes, and finalize billing.
  2. Facility Management: Oversee facility teams, maintenance teams, electrical consumption monitoring, equipment servicing, and upkeep of DG sets, firefighting systems, and LT panels.
  3. Budget & MI: Ensure expenditure aligns with allocated budgets, track monthly MIS, maintain electricity data, and focus on cost-cutting measures.
  4. Planning & Execution of Services: Plan services for air conditioning, water supply, pest control, and stationery, track electricity consumption, and monitor stock and consumption across facilities.
  5. Legal/Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with statutory bodies, ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines, and manage daily operations of the office cafeteria.
Requirements
  • 1-15 years of experience in administration or a related field.
  • Graduate degree, preferably MBA.
