Senior Fabrication Manager

About the Role:
- The Senior Fabrication Manager will lead and manage the end-to-end fabrication activities across multiple units, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and timely project completion.
- Develop and implement fabrication strategies aligned with production plans and customer requirements, driving process improvements and lean manufacturing practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and mentor the fabrication team for performance enhancement.
- Manage subcontracting activities and vendor performance, if applicable, maintaining documentation and reports for audit readiness.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with proven experience in structural, pressure vessel, or equipment fabrication.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, codes, and standards, with familiarity with ERP systems and fabrication software/tools.
