Job Summary

As a seasoned investment professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and contributing to the success of our investments operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance reports for Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, and Delegated Solution portfolios.
  • Analyze the performance of various investment options and plans to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with investment and custodian teams to gather and clarify client-specific data for reporting purposes.
  • Manage client communications and reviews, including ramp-ups and ongoing transitions.
  • Define, delegate, monitor, and participate in employee engagement activities.
  • Mentor and lead a team of analysts across various processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues on projects and take ownership of accountability.
  • Drive process improvements and manage relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure exceptional client experience and compliance with internal policies.
  • Provide timely updates to Level F/G and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in investments or a related field.
  • Graduate degree (B.com, BBA, or equivalent) or Master's degree in finance (with a focus on accounting, economics, or mathematics).
  • Strong understanding of investment-related terminology in written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL programming languages.
  • Experience in analyzing investment portfolios or researching investment managers outside of India.
  • Computations of returns (money weighted/time weighted) for Defined Benefit and NFP clients.
  • Exposure to Global Capital Markets and working knowledge of various Asset Classes and Investment Strategies.
  • Good command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and perform under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication, and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, third-party tools, and visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
