Executive Financial Leader Wanted

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to drive strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in investment firms, VC/PE-backed companies, or high-growth businesses.

Main Responsibilities:Financial Leadership:
  • Evaluate and improve monthly closing processes for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee financial data consolidation across businesses to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize profitability.
Strategic Partnerships:
  • Analyze and validate financial reports from various entities.
  • Provide due diligence and oversight during investments, M&A, fundraising, and exits.
  • Support leadership with actionable insights on capital allocation, ROI, and performance optimization.
Negotiations & Contract Management:
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and employees.
  • Manage financial and legal negotiations to secure optimal outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams to mitigate risks and improve deal terms.
Performance Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Drive company-wide performance management, linking KPIs to financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop compensation structures tied to performance and cost efficiency.
  • Create dashboards and reporting tools to track business, team, and portfolio performance.
Team Leadership & Oversight:
  • Lead, mentor, and challenge finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Establish robust internal controls, compliance processes, and risk management frameworks.
  • Review and optimize all finance team outputs and portfolio company reports.
