About the Role">

We seek an experienced Deputy General Manager of Finance to lead financial operations and drive strategic decision-making within a dynamic real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Overseeing statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls
  • Managing cash flow, working capital, and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Liaising with external stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory bodies

Essential Experience

Real estate background is mandatory.

Candidates must have worked in a real estate company (commercial, residential, retail, or warehousing).

Applications without real estate sector experience will not be considered.

Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with 10+ years of relevant experience is required.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
