Job Title: Finance and Operations Co-Founder

About Our Mission:

  • Build robust financial systems for accounting, compliance, reporting, unit economics, and CAC/LTV analysis.
  • Lead fundraising efforts, prepare investor materials, and pitch decks.
  • Design operational processes for venue partnerships, equipment rentals, and event logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans for scaling our platform sustainably.
  • Forge partnerships with venues, service providers, and student organizations.
  • Balance marketplace liquidity to meet attendee demand.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Establish trust & safety operations for dispute resolution, refunds, and community guidelines.
  • Design KPI dashboards for event volume, ticket sales, host retention, and repeat attendance.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong background in finance, consulting, or startup operations.
  • Prior experience in marketplaces or consumer platforms is desirable.
  • Comfort managing logistics, partnerships, and customer support.
