Job Title:

Sales and Operational Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our sales growth, client relationship management, and operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to achieve targets, identify new markets, monitor competitor activities, drive the sales team with clear objectives and performance standards.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including data processing, counselling, application management and confirmation, coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
  • Strategic Planning & Growth: Collaborate with leadership to set business objectives and expansion plans, create annual sales forecasts, and performance reviews for sales & operations.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor sales, counselling, and operations teams, foster a culture of accountability, student-first service, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in sales and operations leadership roles (study abroad/related field preferred).
  • Strong understanding of international admission procedures, student counselling, and visa regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
