We are seeking a seasoned Design Operations Manager to join our team.

This key role involves overseeing the sales and design processes, as well as operational communication with franchise owners and their teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sales funnels, designing multiple projects, and leading teams of designers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Funnel Management: Helping partners achieve higher conversion rates by providing guidance and support.
  • Project Design: Managing the design process for 12-15 projects per month.
  • Team Management: Overseeing the work output of partner and team members for 5 stores.
  • Recruitment: Assisting in hiring new designers through technical interviews.
  • Training and Development: Providing training to designers to improve sales and design output.
  • Customer Experience: Managing customer relationships and experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with category teams and other departments to gather market feedback.

Requirements include a degree in architecture or interior design, post-graduation in project management or construction management, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.

The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy professional with experience in adopting digital initiatives, able to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently under pressure.
