
Corporate Secretary Opportunity

We are seeking a semi-qualified corporate secretary to support our organization. The ideal candidate will have recent working experience with a professional services firm and possess strong knowledge of company law, LODR, and FEMA provisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in handling company law, FEMA, SEBI listing regulations, NCLT, and compliance matters
- Drafting and filing various ROC forms, board resolutions, notices, and minutes
- Supporting in secretarial audits, due diligence, and regulatory filings
- Research and preparation of notes on legal and regulatory updates
- Coordination with clients and regulatory authorities, as required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Recent working experience with a professional services firm for minimum 2 years is preferred
- Semi-qualified Company Secretary (completed CS Executive / pursuing CS Professional)
- Strong knowledge of company law, LODR, and FEMA provisions
- Good drafting, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and compliance tools
