Job Description:

Our company provides specialized and business-critical financial and administrative services that enable clients to operate their corporate structures, finance vehicles and investment funds in different geographical locations.

The role involves assisting the manager in providing company secretarial services to a range of non-listed client companies. This includes handling full sets of company secretarial documents and activities, communicating with clients independently, preparing resolutions and correspondence for review by the manager if necessary, maintaining statutory records for clients' companies, and updating and maintaining records/information.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in providing company secretarial services to a range of non-listed client companies.
  • Handle full set of company secretarial documents and activities.
  • Communicate with clients independently.
  • Prepare resolutions and correspondence to clients for review by manager if necessary.
  • Maintain statutory records for clients' companies.
Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree holder, student member of ICSI, good knowledge of corporate secretarial law, familiarity with companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies, good computer skills with experience/knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage, attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, and a good command of both spoken and written English.
