This is a full-time on-site role for a Qualified Company Secretary located in Navi Mumbai. The Company Secretary shall be exposure & responsible for ensuring following compliances: Key Responsibilities: Corporate & Secretarial Compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and allied laws. Listed Company Compliances – SEBI (LODR), insider trading, takeover code, corporate governance reporting. FEMA & RBI Compliances – ODI, FDI, ECB, FC-GPR/FC-TRS, and other cross-border transactions. Private Placement & Fund Raising Activities – drafting, filings, due diligence, advisory. DEMAT & Share Capital Compliance: Allotment,
