We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving sales growth and enhancing brand presence across assigned markets.
About the Role:

- You will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to enhance brand visibility, increase sales, and ensure financial and ethical objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Planning:
- Develop monthly and quarterly business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify opportunities for trade activation, demand generation, and fulfillment.
- Monitor actual sales performance and make adjustments as needed to meet expectations.
- Audit prescription data for Abbott and competitor brands.
- Create and maintain accurate customer lists based on therapy/product requirements.
- Identify new towns and appoint distributors/customers that align with our business philosophy.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by promoting products ethically to customers.
- Conduct science-based discussions with healthcare professionals for product promotion in clinics and at retail outlets.
- Organize educational sessions (CMEs) to support division strategy and customer needs.
- Implement activations across trade and clinics to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and execute merchandising and sampling activities as per division strategy.
- Facilitate successful new product launches in your territory by identifying and targeting customers.
- Execute customer management plans to ensure all customers are covered and meet minimum Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure Abbott brand visibility is maintained on retailers' outlets as part of brand promotion strategy.
- Attend retail meets and market blitzes to drive sales growth.
