Job Description

As a Business Development professional, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for our B2B product. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that drive rapid user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including product, marketing, technology, certification, risk, and legal teams to develop and launch new features or products that support growth while optimizing user experience.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Spearhead and drive relationships with key partners, such as banks, payment aggregators, and fintech companies.
  • Product Enablement: Build strong knowledge of our products and offerings, and create compelling pitches to prospective clients.

Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing dashboards and trackers to ensure successful rollout and sharing these with management on a regular basis.

Preferred Candidates

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
  • Experience in building and running payments products/platforms is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives.
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
